Overview

The Meta API provides access to versioned metadata for over 16 million online documents, including journal articles, book chapters, and protocols. It offers foundational and enhanced endpoints to meet different metadata retrieval needs.

Endpoints

/meta/v1: The initial endpoint for retrieving essential metadata, offering basic metadata fields for articles, chapters, and protocols.
/meta/v2: An enhanced endpoint with additional metadata fields and optimized queries for more efficient and comprehensive retrieval.
